Acceptance of Proposals
A signed Bid Proposal is a signed contract. The following clause is included in every Estimate DACA performs and is required to be signed by all clients prior to beginning the project.

“Note: The above bid proposal is based solely upon the project description and initial inspection of the project work site. The Proposal could change upon discovery of the need for additional work and/or materials once the project has started. Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving additional costs shall be executed only upon written consent by the Client and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements, contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays are beyond our control.

I herby authorize Domestic And Commercial Alternatives, Inc. (DACA) to furnish all materials, equipment and labor required to complete the work described in the above bid proposal. I agree to pay the amount stated in said proposal according to the terms listed. I agree to allow DACA to take pictures of work performed for promotional purposes. Any disputation I may have concerning work performed I agree to resolve through binding arbitration.”
